User Persona: INTENTIONAL ANGELA
“People will usually tell you what they need — if you make space for them to feel safe, seen, and heard.”
BIO
Angela is an early career UX researcher with a background in public relations and science storytelling. For over 15 years, she helped mission-driven organizations understand their audiences and communicate with clarity and care.
Now, she’s applying those same skills — empathy, listening, synthesis — to UX research. She’s especially drawn to friendly, collaborative teams that work well together and value kindness as much as curiosity.

Frustrations
Research treated as a checkbox
Insights that get lost in the shuffle
Designs that look good but don’t feel good to the user
Work environments that don’t invite diverse perspectives
